Description of Function

Infinity® Series Accumulator #1A will accumulate 990 Full PET Water Bottles for 1.7 minutes. Bottles will enter and convey in a single file from an existing filler and exit Bottles in a three (3) lane nested pattern on a demand basis onto Conveyor #1 to be nested down for a single file feed to an existing labeler at a maximum rate of 700bpm.

Infinity® Series Accumulator #2A will accumulate 940 Full PET Water Bottles for 1.6 minutes. Bottles will enter and convey in a single file from an existing labeler and exit Bottles in a three (3) lane nested pattern on a demand basis onto Sub-Assembly #4 for a mass feed, splicing to an existing casepacker.
