PET Milk Bottles

Filled bottles will travel from the filler through the inspection machines and onto the FIFO Infinity. This Infinity will accumulate 3700 bottles, which is 4.6 minutes of accumulation. Bottles will exit into 6 lanes to feed a palletizer.

The customer has a choice of sending bottles to either the Douglas trayer and/or cartoner or bypassing them and sending product to the Douglas case packer. Product will enter Infinity #2 from a single file. This accumulator will accumulate 1100 bottles and can exit them into 8 lanes to feed the trayer and/or exit them into 4 lanes to feed the cartoner. Total exit rate to the trayer or cartoner is 1200 bpm. This accumulator is FIFO. Bottles can also bypass Infinity #2 and will travel in a single file to Infinity #3 which is also FIFO. This accumulator will accumulate 1100 bottles, which is 1.6 minutes of accumulation. Bottles will exit into 6 lanes to feed the casepacker.
