Customer’s Challenge
Our customer needed to accumulate bottles fed onto a machine from two locations prior to the bottles moving into a filler. The bottles then needed to be transported out of the filler and onto a gravity roller to keep the flow of the line moving smoothly.
Garvey’s Solution
Garvey Corporation supplied one Series Bi-Flo Accumulator, two Series 9600 Sub-Assemblies, one SST Packing Table with Perimeter Guides and one Model 19SR-13-3 Gravity Roller Conveyor. All equipment is of stainless steel construction and supplied per drawing below.
