Nutraceutical Bottle Accumulation/Dwell

In this case we were asked to provide 1 minute of dwell time for nutraceutical bottles coming from an induction sealer. After the products were cool they had to be single filed and sent to the retorquer.

Garvey provided a serpen-Flo system to meet this challenge. The serpentine portion of the machine provided ample dwell time and the Bi-Flo section gave the customer accumulation along with the ability to single-file to bottles to feed the retorquer.
